We're not a factory—and we never want you to feel like you're being treated in one.
We're locally owned and operated, and our clients are our neighbors. That's how we see it. That's how we treat everyone who walks through our door.
Our experienced estheticians have more than 35 years of combined waxing experience. Nicole is our dedicated full-time waxing specialist, and Mikayla and Mya bring years of waxing experience to every appointment. (Seriously, they geek out over this stuff.)
As an independent spa, we choose the products we use because we believe they're the best for our clients—not because a corporate office tells us what to sell. And if we recommend something after your appointment, it's because we think it'll help you get better results.
When you leave thinking, "That wasn't nearly as bad as I expected," we've done our job.
First time? Great! We see first-time clients every week, we've seen it all, and we'll walk you through the entire appointment before we get started.
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Your esthetician will step out while you get ready, and you'll always be properly draped throughout your appointment. Before we begin, we'll answer any questions you have. During your wax, we'll explain what we're doing as we go, so there are no surprises.
Most first-time clients leave saying the same thing: "That wasn't nearly as bad as I expected."
For the best results, hair should be about ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). If you're currently shaving, that's usually about 2–3 weeks of growth.
The day of your appointment, arrive with clean skin and avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy creams to the area being waxed.
We'll text you a quick intake form before your appointment that you can complete in just a minute or two on your phone.
If you have any questions before your appointment, give us a call or send us a text. We'd much rather answer your questions beforehand than have you wondering. Not sure if your hair is long enough? You can even text us a photo.
Your skin may be a little pink or sensitive after your appointment—that's completely normal and usually fades within a few hours.
For the first 24 hours, avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, tanning, and strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating. We also recommend avoiding heavily fragranced lotions or products on the waxed area.
To help prevent ingrown hairs, gently exfoliate the area a few times a week once your skin has calmed down, and keep your skin moisturized. If you'd like a recommendation, we carry a few of our favorite post-wax products.
If you have any questions or concerns after your appointment, don't hesitate to give us a call or send us a text.
Great waxing results don't end when you leave the spa. The right home care products can help soothe your skin, reduce ingrown hairs, and keep your skin looking its best between appointments.
We don't carry products just to fill our shelves. Every product we recommend is something we'd feel good recommending to a friend. If we think one would genuinely help your skin and waxing routine, we'll point you in the right direction—without the sales pitch.

Everyone's pain tolerance is different, but most clients say it's much easier than they expected. If it's your first time, we'll explain everything as we go and do everything we can to make you comfortable.
For the best results, hair should be about ¼ inch long—roughly the length of a grain of rice. If you've been shaving, that's usually about 2–3 weeks of growth.
Yes! We'd recommend scheduling your appointment 2–3 days before your vacation, wedding, beach trip, or other special event. This gives any temporary redness or sensitivity time to settle before your big day.
Yes. Many clients do. You may be a little more sensitive than usual, but wearing a tampon or menstrual cup is all that's needed for a bikini or Brazilian wax.
In most cases, yes. Many clients continue waxing throughout their pregnancy. If you have any concerns or a high-risk pregnancy, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first.
Most clients enjoy smooth skin for 3–5 weeks, depending on the area being waxed and their natural hair growth cycle.
Most people schedule waxing appointments every 4–6 weeks to maintain the best results.
No. Waxing removes hair from the root and doesn't cause it to grow back thicker. Many clients actually notice finer, softer regrowth with consistent waxing.
We don't recommend it. Shaving interrupts your hair's natural growth cycle, making it harder to achieve the smooth, long-lasting results that regular waxing provides.
Many people with sensitive skin can still be waxed safely. Let us know about any medications, skincare products, or skin concerns before your appointment so we can determine the best approach.
We recommend waiting 24 hours before swimming, using hot tubs or saunas, or doing strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating. This helps reduce irritation and gives your skin time to recover.
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before applying makeup to freshly waxed skin whenever possible. This gives your skin time to calm down and helps reduce the chance of irritation.
